Rooted in Culinary History
James Zellers may have opened Hope Pizzeria in May of 2012 but his culinary experience goes back more than 38 years. Zellers graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and was a private chef as well as an executive chef at country clubs, restaurants and private homes. He has been mentored by other chefs and has found a deep love for serving people and building connections through food. Zellers and his family are also advocates for being a part of the community and giving back. Because food is so much better when it's shared with others.
